Cyber Security Assurance Lead – Information Security

Your Tasks:

• Plan, Execute and follow-up on internal reviews on all departments with regards to Information Security
• Establishment and maintenance of KPIs for the IS departments
• Support the risk management together with the Security Engineering Team as an end-to-end process
• Co-Lead risk and security steering committees together with the CISO
• Support regulatory needs and changes of GDPR and other relevant regulations by working closely with the internal and external legal teams
• Leading the Information Security training program of the company
• Supervising the continuously improvement of documentation regarding the Information Security Management System
• Coordinating the planning and execution of internal reviews
• Maintenance of the ISMS
• Promote ISO 27001 standards within all company departments by improving policies and procedures
• Supervising the conception of company wide Information Security trainings including disaster recovery drills for management
• Preparations for inter-departmental / company-wide communications
• Joint elaboration of SOPs and their transposition into Visio charts
• Document control and quality assurance for all written policies and procedures

Your Profile:

• 3-5 years of experience in IT / Business Process Management
• Completed commercial training or studies of a relevant field
• Experience in maintaining thorough documentation with version control
• Knowledge in creating training courses
• Experienced with Audits
• Certificate in ISO/IEC 27001, CISM, CISA or other relevant standards is a benefit
• Strong Visio, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
• Familiarity with project management tools
• Successfully worked on projects and independently controlled various specialist themes
• are fluent in English and German – reading/writing/speaking
