Title - Senior Cybersecurity Engineer

About the Role -

We’re looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen a global security team tackling some of today’s most complex challenges across IoT, telecoms, and OT environments. If you enjoy breaking things to make them stronger, staying ahead of new attack vectors, and driving real impact, this role could be for you.

Required Skills -

• Experience with AI/ML in cybersecurity (threat modeling, automated testing, adversarial scenarios).
• Industry certifications (OSCP, OSWE, eWPTX, eCPTXv2, etc.).
• Familiarity with 5G/4G/2G architectures and real-world attack techniques.
• Based in (or eligible to work in) Germany.
• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or similar field.
• 3+ years in penetration testing or hands-on security engineering.
• Solid grasp of IoT, telecom networks, and OT environments.
• Skilled with modern testing tools and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities -

• Put products and systems to the test through penetration testing and hands-on security assessments.
• Spot vulnerabilities before attackers do, guide mitigation, and step in when incidents occur.
• Act as a security ambassador — from sharing insights with customers to supporting internal teams.
• Push boundaries with advanced research into new exploits, firmware, and AI-driven threat analysis.
• Partner with R&D to bake security into product design and align with international standards.
• Lead security initiatives that raise the bar across projects and teams.

MUST -

• Native German or C2 German
• Based in Germany
