Cyber-Security Specialist Industry (m/w/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments for components, applications, and processes in the industry to identify potential vulnerabilities.

• Development of individual security solutions tailored to the specific needs and risk profiles of our industrial customers.
• Support for the implementation and integration of security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), encryption technologies, and more.
• Development and implementation of incident response plans and active participation in incident response.
• Support for reviewing and ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.
• Active collaboration in agile development projects in the security environment (Scrum, Kanban).

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the field of Cyber Security, ideally as a consultant.
• In-depth knowledge of network security, encryption technologies, firewalls, and other security solutions.
• Experience with security assessment tools and methodologies.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured working methods.
• Good communication skills.
• High level of commitment and flexibility.
• Continuous willingness to learn and develop.
