Cybersecurity Offensive Specialist (Red Teaming)

Your tasks:

• Lead and coordinate red teaming exercises on various targets in on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and execute comprehensive red teaming attack scenarios.
• Identify and exploit a wide range of vulnerabilities and weaknesses. Collaborate with stakeholders to define red teaming scope and objectives. Create detailed and actionable red teaming reports with remediation recommendations.
• Guide junior red teamers.
• Provide detection teams sufficient context for collaborative purple team improvement efforts.
• Stay updated on advanced attack techniques and threat intelligence.

Your qualifications:

• Expertise in using a wide range of red teaming tools and tactics. Advanced understanding of network security, system architecture, and organizational context.
• Proficiency in risk assessment and management.
• Strong project management and leadership abilities.
• Mastery of red teaming methodologies, techniques, and evasion tactics. Proficiency in regulatory and compliance requirements related to red teaming.
• Very good understanding of cloud computing concepts and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, etc.)
