With the help of an extense training, you will be able to confidently and efficiently communicate to the customer base and couriers via phone, email or chat, providing quality advice and assistance on all things necessary.
This service is based on the idea to help families enjoy good food. With this simple service hassle is taken out of planning, shopping and cooking, by delivering weekly meals with the ingredients and recipes ready to cook, so there's no more 'what's for dinner' panic.
Requirements
Keep on top of a high volume of customer calls, emails and live-chatsEnsure their Czech customers queries or complaints are answered with the aim of a first time resolutionPerform customer engagement calls to existing membersAchieve KPI's whilst maintaining excellent qualityKeep your finger on the pulse with regards to customer happiness and retention; reporting back their thoughts to the wider business.
