International Investment Bank - Investment Banking Analyst, Associate & VP - Frankfurt

A leading Global Investment Bank is looking to add an Investment Banking Analyst, Associate and a VP into its team in Frankfurt.

This high performing group is well established and ambitiously growing its platform. It is noted for being a trusted advisor in the DACH regions to top Strategics and Sponsors while being consistently well ranked in the region.

The team has an extensive base of long-term relationships and has access to an enviable deal flow regardless of inherent uncertainty throughout global markets recently. The group is also renowned for maintained a balanced boutique-like structure while within a high performing and easy going entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in the execution and origination of high-profile M&A transactions across a wide range of sectors
• Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, and client presentations
• Support senior bankers in the origination and execution of transactions
• Conduct in-depth industry, company, and market research to support strategic insights
• Engage directly with clients, investors, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 1–9 years of full-time experience in M&A from a Tier 1 Investment Bank
• Generalist Sector expertise is sufficient
• Strong technical skills, including financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO, Comps, etc.)
• Exceptional academic background from a top-tier university or business school
• Professionally fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) – mandatory
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a demanding and intellectually rigorous environment
