Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• After a detailed training in the products as well as in sales, you will take over the acquisition and support of customers in your own sales territory;
• You will expand and maintain existing customer and sales partner relationships, develop appropriate offers based on customer requirements and needs, and conduct contract negotiations;
• Prepare and conduct product presentations at customer sites or trade shows;
• Through your sales activities, you will develop new business areas and market opportunities, helping to achieve sales targets for the defined sales territory;
• You will contribute to the development of sales strategies;
• You will work from your home office or from the Langen (Hesse) office and you will support your customers in the field in your region;
• Through your ideas, you will make a lasting contribution to the success of the company.

Education and Experience:

• You have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification as a technician/master craftsman or you are a real sales enthusiast;
• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in field sales (preferably in the field of automation technology);

• You're enthusiastic about technology and enjoy engaging with customers to present and explain innovative solutions;
• You bring a hand on mentality and the motivation to actively shape your territory with the support of an experienced team;
• You work independently and on your own responsibility and convince with your competence;
• You're a team player who also enjoys taking responsibility and working independently on tasks and projects;
• You're flexible, willing to travel within your region, and enjoy meeting customers on site;
• You speak fluent German and English, any additional language skills are a plus but not necessary
