Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via live chat, email, and telephone
Assist with inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical support
Efficiently resolve issues while maintaining an emphasis on customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an optimal gaming experience for customers
Stay informed regarding company products and industry trends to provide relevant and informed assistance

Requirements

Fluency in Danish and proficiency in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered an asset
Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the iGaming sector
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Aptitude for managing multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and relevant tools is advantageous
Willingness to relocate to Malta and adapt to a new cultural landscape
