Your new role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Data Analyst (People Analytics) (all genders) to join our HR team. In this role, you will help us turn HR data into meaningful insights that support better decision‑making across the organization. You don’t need to be a deep technical expert—we’re looking for someone with strong analytical thinking, solid experience with data tools, and a passion for transforming numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.

The qualifications you need

• Experience in a data‑driven or analytical role (HR experience is a plus but not required).
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Hands‑on experience with reporting tools – Power BI is a must have, Tableau, etc a nice to have.
• Basic knowledge of databases or SQL is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on data tasks.
• Clear communication skills—you can explain insights in a simple and structured way.
• A proactive mindset and curiosity to understand the story behind the numbers.

The work you’ll do

• Collect, clean, and maintain HR‑related data (e.g., headcount, hiring, performance, retention).
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support HR operations and leadership decision‑making.
• Analyze trends in workforce metrics and provide clear, data‑driven insights.
• Work with HR business partners to identify information needs and build simple, user‑friendly reporting solutions.
• Support projects such as workforce planning, employee surveys, compensation reviews, and process optimization.
• Take on additional HR‑general tasks and topics beyond data analysis, contributing to broader HR initiatives where needed.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies.
