Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and train ERP users
• Ensure data quality and proper data maintenance
• Collect, clean, and structure data from various sources
• Identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Derive actionable recommendations for management and teams
• Lead digital transformation and implement new strategies
• Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Manage IT operations and lead internal team members
• Execute departmental action plans in line with group strategy
• Ensure compliance in IT, digitalization, and security

Your Profile

• Fluent in English (mandatory); German or French is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Leadership experience and the ability to manage change
