Data and Process Automation Analyst – Temporary Contract for 15 Months

ACGF – Afghan Credit Guarantee Foundation (ACGF) is looking for a Data and Process Automation Analyst (f/m/*) in Berlin to support its Transactions Management Department for 40 hours per week. The position is a parental leave replacement and offered as a 15‑month fixed‑term contract.

As an employee at ACGF, you will gain valuable professional experience in the areas of Data and Guarantee Operations, with the possibility of mobile working three days a week.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Analyze, automate, and improve key operational processes related to guarantee and grant implementation, with a strong focus on data handling, systems usage, and process efficiency.
• Support the automation of guarantee issuance, monitoring, claims, refunds, and fee invoicing, while strengthening data quality, reporting, and system usage across ACGF and partner institutions.
• Act as a link between the Transactions Department, the Data & Reporting Department, and the MIS system provider, translating operational requirements into technical solutions and enabling practical implementation by staff and partners.
