An excellent opportunity to join a well-established data center provider in the heart of Frankfurt. As their high-performance campus continues to expand, the team is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the build and fit-out phases of their latest facility.

In this role, you will take ownership of the ongoing construction and infrastructure installation for a brand-new data center, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and coordination with all contractors and stakeholders. Once the current build is complete, your focus will shift to managing smaller-scale infrastructure projects and shaping the early-phase planning for future expansions or upgrades.

A strong understanding of data center critical infrastructure is essential, along with a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to project management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end delivery of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems for new data center projects
Coordinate between design, engineering, procurement, and site construction teams
Oversee MEP contractor performance, ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
Provide regular progress reports, cost tracking, and risk mitigation updates
Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met or exceeded
Interface with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve issues

Skills/Must have:

Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in mission-critical environments
Proven ability to manage multi-million euro packages on live construction sites
Skilled in managing subcontractors, procurement schedules, and risk planning
Experienced in technical documentation and handover documentation
Effective communicator with strong leadership and coordination skills
