Data Centre CSA Lead

The ideal candidate will lead Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) delivery on a large-scale hyperscale data centre construction project in Frankfurt. This individual will act as the on-site CSA authority, overseeing subcontractors, managing package delivery, and ensuring works are executed in line with project requirements, programme, and quality standards.

The CSA Construction Manager will work closely with MEP teams, project management, and client stakeholders to support the successful delivery of a multi-phase data centre development. The role will involve coordinating structural and architectural works, managing interfaces, and driving progress across a fast-paced mission-critical construction environment.

This role is fully site-based and offered on a rotational basis, with accommodation and travel provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural activities on site
• Manage CSA subcontractors and package delivery
• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
• Oversee structural concrete, steel, and architectural fit-out packages
• Coordinate closely with MEP, Electrical, and Mechanical teams
• Monitor progress across multi-phase construction works
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues
• Ensure quality standards and project requirements are met
• Support construction planning and sequencing of CSA works
• Ensure compliance with site safety and project procedures
• Report progress to project leadership and client teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
• 4–8+ years experience in CSA delivery or CSA Lead roles
• Experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Strong understanding of structural and architectural packages
• Experience managing subcontractors on live construction sites
• General Contractor / GC experience preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
