Data Engineer (Mid-level) (m/w/d)

Founded in 2014, we at Haensel AMS are an international, Berlin based, technology & data analytics solution provider. We specialized on everything around marketing measurement solutions, such as event tracking, 1st party customer data, attribution, media-mix modelling, CLTV, etc. We deploy and manage innovative machine learning and big data solutions tailored to the individual needs of our mainly international clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Data Engineer role at Haensel AMS in Berlin. You will be part of the Data Engineering team, working on the following tasks:

• Maintaining, improving and creating containerized data processing pipelines
• Ensuring high reliability, efficiency and quality of data in our ETL, DWH and ML Systems
• In coordination with our DevOps team: Enhancing and maintaining data, application and infrastructure monitoring as well as the process orchestration
• Assisting the Analytics team with their data needs through data transformations and APIs

Qualifications

What we are looking for in your CV:

• Data Engineering and Data Modeling skills
• Full-time work experience 3+ years
• Experience with ETL / ELT
• Data Warehousing and Data Analytics skills
• Very strong knowledge of Python & SQL
• Orchestration & CI/CD basics (Airflow/DBT/Git)
• You have experience with: AWS, GCP, Airflow, Docker, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Redshift, Bigquery, Databricks
• A Can-Do mentality
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, or related field
