Data expert

at our headquarters in Mölln.

Your tasks will include:

• Translating business questions into precise data queries
• Evaluating and preparing data analyses for various departments
• Interpreting the analysis results and deriving recommendations for action for internal customers
• Collaborating on cross-departmental projects to optimize processes and systems
• Setting up, providing technical support for, and administering databases (including performance monitoring and data quality assurance)

What you bring to the table:

• Successfully completed technical or business studies (minor in computer science) or technical/commercial training with a focus on IT
• Initial professional experience as a data expert ( gn)
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and Python
• Database knowledge, ideally in Db2 (IBM)
• Analytical, solution-oriented thinking and strong numerical skills
• Customer and team orientation as well as strong communication skills
• Experience in customer segmentation and using relevant analysis tools
• Ideally, technical expertise in OSPlus contexts, e.g.:
  • Integrated contact management
  • Sales homepage
  • Customer contact and event management
  • Campaign and approval processes
  • EWE, sales network types, consultant change process, data analytics
• Experience in supporting the development of central market development
• Reporting experience (key figures for activity controlling, IDH reporting)
• Confident use of Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
