Data Privacy Manager

We are partnered with a fast-growing, regulated digital company on a mission to transform the online lottery and gaming space with innovation, integrity, and impact!

We’re looking for a Data Privacy Manager who’s ready to play a key role in embedding privacy across our operations. In this role, you’ll support scalable privacy governance, contribute to strategic compliance initiatives, and work cross-functionally with product, security, legal, and marketing teams.

Role: Data Privacy Manager

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain and evolve internal privacy records and documentation (e.g. RoPA, DPIAs, TIAs)
• Support privacy policies, training, and internal guidance
• Collaborate cross-functionally to implement privacy-by-design
• Monitor regulatory changes and support compliance audits and data rights processes
• Drive tooling and workflows to enable automation and audit readiness

What You Bring

• 5+ years in privacy, compliance, or legal ops (preferably in tech or regulated sectors)
• Strong grasp of GDPR, privacy governance, and emerging regulation (AI Act, DSA)
• Ability to translate legal requirements into practical processes
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Legal, Security, Product, etc.)
• Excellent English communication; privacy certifications and German are a plus
