Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Data Processor (Remote) to support our growing data operations. In this role, you will process, review, update, and maintain data from various sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across company systems.

The ideal candidate is meticulous, dependable, and comfortable working with digital tools, spreadsheets, and data entry platforms. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to support global projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter, review, and update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or databases.
• Verify information for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform routine data quality checks and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Organize, categorize, and maintain digital files and records.
• Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and data logs as needed.
• Follow data processing guidelines to ensure high accuracy and efficient workflow.
• Create support tickets or flag issues requiring correction or clarification.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data‑related questions or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security standards are followed.
• Stay updated on company software tools, data procedures, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in data entry, data processing, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high accuracy.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) and data‑entry platforms.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with speed and consistency.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
• Basic understanding of digital systems, file management, or data tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM systems, databases, or data management software.
• Familiarity with automation systems or digital platforms.
• Ability to analyze data trends or identify patterns (not required but a plus).
• Understanding of basic data quality or validation practices.
