As a Data Product Manager (all genders) you will drive the development of marketing steering models and our marketing data stack, which will help our Talent Marketing to attract talents to the job offers of our clients.

This role offers an exciting mix of owning data products, developing data science models and hands on experience in a fast moving team.

How you can contribute to HeyJobs

• Design, build, improve, and maintain data science products for our Talent Marketing Stack, including optimizing marketing performance, ensuring consistent delivery, and predicting outcomes for our clients.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (data scientists, analysts, engineers and marketing managers)

• Work cross functionally with other data teams across the company

• Pioneer AI-assisted development workflows

• Hands-on support of requests from stakeholders and prioritize backlog of the data engineering team

• Be a part of a unique, open and friendly team, solving challenges together.

What sets you up for success

• Product management skills - the ability to understand business processes and stakeholder needs. Break down complex problems to find effective solutions.

• Solid understanding of data science - use data, prototyping, and testing to build scalable and efficient solutions with a focus on business outcomes.

• Hands-on mentality and the drive to solve problems in a pragmatic way

• Analytical skills - comfortable working with data and navigating our data warehouse. Able to write SQL queries and debug data issues.

• Proficiency in Python - experience using Python for data analysis, model prototyping, and automation tasks

• Curiosity to learn new technical concepts and apply them.

• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Bonus Skills:

• Background in Engineering (Backend, Data Engineering or similar)

• Performance Marketing understanding

• German language skills
