• Development, training, and optimization of AI models - from the first prototypes to stable, productive solutions
• Analysis and preparation of complex data sources in order to derive understandable and actionable recommendations for specialist departments and management
• Designing new AI products and use cases - from the idea to the proof of concept to the rollout.
• Working closely with specialist departments to identify potential for AI and develop practical solutions.
• Experimenting with modern technologies (e.g., agentic AI, deep learning, or LLMs) and integrating them into our projects.
• Participating in the development and operation of a future-proof data and analysis platform that serves as the basis for sustainable AI and data science initiatives.

• Degree in (business) informatics, data science, mathematics, statistics, or comparable education
• Enthusiasm for data science, AI, and innovative technologies
• Experience with Python, R, SQL, or comparable tools - nice to have: ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Bonus: Interest in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps, or container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Confident communication: You are fluent in German (at least C1 level) and can clearly convey complex ideas
• Structured, results-oriented approach to work - both in a team and independently
• Creative drive rather than a work-through mentality - you contribute ideas and convince others of your approach
