Your Job:

We’re hiring a Database Security Engineer (Oracle) to lead security control onboarding and audit readiness. The role focuses on Oracle database security, encryption, access management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead security onboarding and implementation of controls for Oracle databases
Implement and validate database security controls (encryption, IAM, auditing)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure secure integrations
Prepare and maintain security evidence for internal and external audits
Identify control gaps and drive remediation with stakeholders
Manage security onboarding activities from initiation to closure

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
Strong experience in Oracle database security, hardening, and auditing
Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, GDPR)
Hands‑on experience with access management, encryption, and vulnerability management
Experience supporting security audits and control evidencing
Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally
