We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and collaborative Deal Desk Analyst (m/f/d) to support our fast growing Enterprise Software business. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to ensure deals are structured effectively, priced competitively, and executed efficiently. You will play a critical role in improving deal quality, accelerating sales cycles, and ensuring commercial excellence across the organization.
What can you expect?
- Partner with Sales to structure scalable, customer‑aligned deals and provide guidance on pricing, discounting, and commercial terms
- Create and validate quotes and order forms, maintain pricing tools and rate cards, and support updates to the price book
- Review non‑standard terms, manage approval workflows, and ensure alignment with internal policies and risk guidelines
Deal Structuring & Pricing
- Partner with Sales to structure scalable, customer‑aligned deals and provide guidance on pricing, discounting, and commercial terms
- Create and validate quotes and order forms, maintain pricing tools and rate cards, and support updates to the price book
- Review non‑standard terms, manage approval workflows, and ensure alignment with internal policies and risk guidelines
Governance, Compliance & Process Ownership
- Ensure deal compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, revenue recognition rules, and audit standards
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance to maintain consistent contract language and minimize commercial risk
- Own and continuously improve Deal Desk processes, documentation, and templates
Sales Operations & Insights
- Work with Sales Ops to ensure accurate pipeline and forecasting data and help resolve CRM data‑quality issues
- Provide insights into deal trends, win/loss patterns, and discounting impact to support commercial decisions
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Finance on billing, revenue recognition, and multi‑year deal implications, and with Customer Success on renewals and expansions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales leadership to improve deal velocity and overall commercial strategy
What should you bring along?
Qualifications
- 2 – 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Finance, or similar B2B SaaS roles
- Strong knowledge of SaaS pricing models and solid analytical skills with spreadsheets/financial models
- Proficient communicator with strong organizational skills and experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in high‑growth software environments (~$20–$100M ARR)
- Familiarity with CPQ tools, contract management systems, and quoting workflows
- Understanding of revenue recognition and software contract compliance
