We are now accelerating our German dealer network expansion and looking for professionals with experience in dealer development and retail network management.

Position Overview

Dealer Network Development (DND) Manager will lead the planning, development and management of our dealer network across Germany. The role will collaborate closely with HQ and the European team to ensure strategic network growth, compliance with brand standards, and successful new store openings.

Responsibilities

Support HQ strategic plan and local market analysis to develop retail network strategy and execution plan for Germany.
Analyze market opportunities, define priority regions and propose dealer coverage plans.
Identify, evaluate and recruit potential dealers and dealer groups according to brand requirements.
Lead commercial negotiations with dealer candidates and prepare cooperation proposals.
Coordinate the approval process, contract signing and onboarding of new dealers.
Manage end‑to‑end network building, including site evaluation, architectural review, and compliance with brand VI/SI standards.
Lead store activation processes: facility setup, merchandising standards, staff preparation and pre‑opening activities.
Monitor and evaluate dealer performance, provide improvement suggestions and ensure operational compliance.
Provide timely market and competitor intelligence to support decision‑making.
Lead planning and execution of pop‑up stores, exhibitions, and brand events, including location selection and implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, automotive engineering, economics, or related fields.
10+ years of experience in dealer network development or retail network management in the automotive industry.
At least 5 years as a network director/manager or equivalent senior position.
Strong resource network and relationships with dealer groups in Germany/EU (preferred).
Strong project management capability, including site planning, facility approval, and retail operation processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure with a proactive and innovative mindset.
Working language: English; German language skills are strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
