Dealer Support Motorcycle Accessories m/f/d

Our client, a wholesaler of motorcycle clothing, helmets and accessories, is going to consolidate and expand its market position. In order to handle the incoming inquiries from retailers, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) who would like to complete the existing, motivated team.

What you will do in this customer service role:

1. Informing dealers on request, e.g. about new product launches, new colours or the launch of succeeding products
2. Receiving inquiries from traders and individually addressing them
3. Clarifying any discrepancies in sales and/or commission billing
4. Checking the order status for orders, plus tracking
5. Advising on various marketing measures (posters, displays, advertisements)
6. Providing information about special promotions and planned price changes
7. Working in a customer support/customer service environment

As a customer support rep you (m/f/d) bring along:

1. Fluent in Dutch
2. Good PC knowledge
3. A service-oriented appearance
4. Responsibility and commitment
5. Structured and goal-oriented way of working
6. Can work shifts
