Role – Delivery Enablement Manager
Location: US – Hybrid (2-3 days of travel to client office in East Hannover, NJ)
Overview of the team:
- The ideal candidate will be placed in our client’s location in East Hannover, NJ. The client organization is crafting a robust structure within the marketing operations division, including:
- Marketing Operations & Delivery Enablement: Aiming to foster delivery excellence and achieve efficiency at an enterprise level.
- Demand Management and Prioritization: Consolidating all channel tactics to assess marketing activities, spending, and opportunities for optimization.
- Marketing Processes, Policies, and Operations Excellence: Streamlining the Medical Legal Review (MLR) process for educational, promotional, and medical content.
The key objectives of this role involve streamlining delivery operations, oversight and governance on various brand campaign operations. This includes:
- Working with brand and customer experience teams for demand consolidation, forecasting, and planning of brand campaigns targeted at patients and HCPs.
- Agency management — providing oversight of agency partnerships, budgeting, and establishing an integrated roster across the marketing operations spectrum.
- Comprehensive Activity Assessment and Spend Analysis: Reviewing activities, analyzing expenditures, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Central Demand Management Platform Implementation: Establishing a central platform to facilitate all demand management and tactic management processes.
- Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Collaborating with key cross-functional teams to drive efficiency at an enterprise level.

You will be responsible for:
- Campaign Operations governance & oversight: Lead and oversee delivery of omnichannel campaign operations activities coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Interface between agencies and brand leadership teams; align on business objectives for critical deliverables and priorities.
- Ensure agencies adhere to defined processes, operational workflows, and timely completion of activities.
- Take accountability for overall program oversight, KPI reporting, proactively identifying hurdles, resolving escalated issues, and delivering high-quality services.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as the primary liaison between Client Stakeholders, fostering clear communication and productive collaboration in all aspects of demand management operations.
- Cultivate relationships with key departments such as marketing strategy, DAI, Medical, C&E, customer experience planning, finance and the MODE group.
Operational Optimization & Agility
- Provide insights and best practices to enhance campaign operations processes and agility.
- Conduct business process assessments and recommend improvements to increase efficiency in marketing operations leadership.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations explaining forecast trends, discrepancies between forecasted and actual demand, opportunities for optimization (agency spend, tactic fees), and key findings for Client Stakeholders.
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to escalated issues to ensure seamless operational continuity.
About you
Desired Profile (Experience, Key Skills)
- Around 6 - 10 years of experience as a Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Senior Project Manager, preferably in pharma or healthcare.
- Hands-on experience managing large global digital programs interfacing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in managing digital omnichannel engagement projects in pharma.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Project management tools; proficient in MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience working independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to onshore and offshore models and work with client and agency partners.
- Experience with Project management and Agile frameworks.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical requests and teams.
- Minimum graduation.
Nice to have:
- Experience managing Veeva-based projects.
- Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and omnichannel engagement strategies.
- Vendor management experience.
