Delivery Station Manager (Leipzig)

Fully responsible for the daily management of delivery station:

  • Build the in-house delivery station team, dynamically adjust the personnel structure, and provide training and empowerment for delivery station supervisors.
  • Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.
  • Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company’s requirements.
  • Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re‑delivery rate.
  • Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).
  • Handle and report operation‑related abnormalities in a timely manner.
