Job Responsibilities

• Business Operation Management: Have a comprehensive grasp of the entire pickup and delivery process to ensure the operational quality and efficiency of the station.
• Risk Control & Management: Effectively prevent and manage site safety risks, ensure the proper administration of mail and delivery safety, and guard against other operational risks to maintain the company’s brand image.
• Training & Instruction: Be responsible for the training and implementation of business systems and SOPs for in‑house and third‑party DSPs, as well as the learning of new systems and regulations, ensuring that all staff are familiar with and proficient in their application.
• Overall Coordination & Arrangement: Distinguish the nature of problems for effective communication, resolve routine issues or coordinate resources, and refine operational arrangements in conjunction with business objectives.
