Completed culinary training and solid professional knowledge
Passion for fine dining and initial experience in a professional kitchen
Enthusiasm for reinterpreting classics with high quality standards
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a motivated team
Familiarity with HACCP and its daily application
