Corporate HSE Management (Health, Safety, Environment & Energy) is responsible for the HSE Management system of PALFINGER AG and supports the global organization in the introduction, maintenance and further development of the HSE Management system. To strengthen our team we are looking for a Corporate HSE Management System Administrator (w/m/d/) – part-time with at least 28 hours per week available.

WAS SIE ERWARTET

Administrator, Helpdesk and training functions for the PALFINGER HSE organization in the area of HSE software systems and management systems (Quentic, ENHESA) including further development, dashboards, interfaces and reporting.
HSE reporting including data validation and preparation of reports for internal and external recipients.
Creation of HSE training and training of the HSE organization in the use of HSE software applications and the used HSE modules.
Support of Corporate HSE Management in further development of the HSE Management system and HSE Initiatives.

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN

Completed training at a higher technical or commercial school or university of applied sciences.
Experience in technical-administrative areas and in creating PowerPoint trainings and ideally e-learning.
Experience in databases or building reporting systems and ideally HSE software systems (Quentic, ENHESA).
Basic knowledge of ISO standards 14001, 45001, and 50001, or qualification as an HSE auditor.
Very good specific German skills (native or C2) in spoken and written, and good English skills (min. B2/C1) in spoken and written.

We offer an attractive and performance based salary, which is based on qualification and professional experience and can be significantly above the collective agreement for this position (KV-minimum based on a full-time employment is EUR 47,546.94 gross per year).
