Your Responsibilities

• Lead Cross‑Functional Teams: Drive project success by leading core teams from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all stakeholders.
• Plan & Execute Projects: Develop and implement structured project plans in line with PDP/CPP frameworks, focusing on timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.
• Monitor & Control Progress: Track project performance using standardized KPIs, conduct regular reviews, and manage project data to support informed decision‑making.
• Manage Risks & Stakeholders: Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders to facilitate effective decision‑making.
• Ensure Governance & Communication: Prepare and present project updates to leadership, facilitate gate reviews, and ensure compliance with governance processes and toolchains.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, with full responsibility for complex projects.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Completed technical education (TU, FH, HTL).
• Willingness to travel internationally as required by project phases.
• Organized and results‑driven, with strong communication skills and a global, collaborative mindset.
