As SAP Project Manager (m/f/d), you will own the strategic delivery of SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using the SAP Activate methodology. Your leadership will drive digital transformation, business process optimization, and successful execution of large‑scale ERP projects across international locations.

Your responsibilites

Manage and deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects using SAP Activate and leading ERP project management practices
Achieve results on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards with clear project milestones
Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary, cross‑functional, and international project teams, including external technology integration partners
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks, manage change requests, and maintain strong stakeholder communication
Prepare and present management reports, PMO status updates, and steering committee materials for executive decision‑making

Your Qualifications

Degree in business administration, business informatics, or equivalent qualification
Documented SAP Activate expertise (certification or extensive project portfolio in ERP/SAP transformation)
Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience managing IT/SAP projects with agile or waterfall methodologies
Skilled in project management tools like PPM Express, Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and experienced in both classical and agile frameworks
Fluent in English, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Salary

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is € based on full‑time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conform overpayment.
