The Product Marketing organization is continuously growing to elevate our global market presence. We are looking for a Senior Specialist Go-to-Market Process and Operations to support our team in Bergheim (Salzburg). In this role, you will design, manage and optimise PALFINGER’s global Go-to-Market framework, ensuring strategies and processes are structured, scalable and consistently applied across product lines and regions.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop a scalable Go-to-Market framework with standardized workflows, templates and governance models to guide planning and execution across HQ and regions.
• Lead the coordination of the Go-to-Market planning cycle, track milestones, manage risks and ensure full alignment with Sales & Operations Planning and Product Development Process.
• Act as the operational interface between Product Marketing, Sales & Service, Product Management and Marketing & Communications to enable effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards and reporting mechanisms to monitor G2M performance and drive continuous process improvement.
• Train and support global and regional teams to ensure adoption of G2M standards, tools and best practices across all regions.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Commercial Strategy or Process Management in an international B2B environment, with proven expertise in Go-to-Market planning, product launch management and process design.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and regions.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52,197.04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conforming overpayment.
