Your Responsibilities

• Provide disciplinary leadership and development for a team of technical experts, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Oversee the implementation and global rollout of a company-wide PLM solution, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate the integration of PLM, working closely with the Process and Data Organization (PDO).
• Lead process optimization initiatives across departments, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
• Manage external service providers, including contract governance, performance monitoring, and budget control.

Your Qualifications

• Completed education (HTL/university degree) in computer science, mechanical engineering, or business administration.
• Proven experience in team leadership or managing large-scale technical projects.
• Several years of hands‑on experience with PLM systems (preferably Siemens Teamcenter) and SAP logistics modules.
• Basic knowledge of CAD systems (preferably Creo Parametric).
• Excellent communication skills in English and German.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 65 432,36 based on full‑time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market‑conform overpayment.
