Design Engineer (m / f / d) Special Machine Construction

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a committed design engineer (m / f / d) for special machine construction in the Ulm area for direct placement. Contribute your expertise in the design of innovative systems and help shape sophisticated customer solutions!

Your tasks

• Concept development : Development of system and line concepts on the basis of existing specifications.
• Constructive implementation : Responsibility for the constructive integration of the necessary technical processes for the realization of customer solutions.
• Innovation : Implementation of new technical concepts.
• Project management : Independent handling of customer projects and active participation in project meetings.
• Cooperation : Close cooperation with all departments involved in the business processes.
• Quality & Safety : Preparation of risk hazard analyses and participation in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
• Data management : Responsible handling of digital data and information management.

Your profile

• Studies / training : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or a comparable qualification.
• Experience : Professional experience appropriate to the position.
• CAD & PDM : Very good knowledge of a common 3D CAD system (ideally Solid Edge) and a common PDM system (ideally Solid Edge).
• Software : Good knowledge of a common ERP system (ideally InforCOM) and confident with MS Office.
• Specialized knowledge : Good knowledge of FMEA and risk hazard analysis.
• Additional knowledge : Know‑how in pneumatics and knowledge of safety circuit calculation are an advantage.
• Language : Good knowledge of English rounds off your profile.
