Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate automotive design projects, overseeing styling workflows and development processes

• Present design concepts clearly to international teams in English and Chinese

• Proven experience in automotive design management or similar design leadership roles
• Strong design communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in essential design and project management tools
• Team-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to handle complex challenges
• Self-motivated, quick learner, and capable of taking initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement creative solutions efficiently
