Design Manager - Germany, Frankfurt - 12 Month Contract This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry. Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Design Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements. What You'll Do Lead development and improvement of design standards and specifications.Oversee procurement and vendor selection, ensuring value engineering and compliance.Drive process improvements and manage design changes across teams.Ensure quality, risk mitigation, and adherence to codes and customer requirements.Mentor design teams and foster a culture of excellence. What you'll need: Degree in construction management, building services engineering, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of critical cooling and power infrastructure.Familiarity with European construction markets and building codes.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
