Design Manager HVAC – Data Centers

Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Engineering or a related field. Demonstrated experience (3+ years) in designing and managing HVAC systems for complex projects, ideally with a focus on Data Centers or other large-scale infrastructure projects. Solid market knowledge, strong understanding of energy-efficient cooling solutions and industry trends. In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards in fire protection and safety in planning and executing large-scale HVAC designs. Strong technical understanding, analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in CAD software and other planning tools. Ability to coordinate planning and implementation processes while collaborating with various disciplines and external service providers. Ability to convey complex technical concepts in an understandable manner and communicate effectively with team members and external partners. Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal, is essential. Willingness to regularly travel within Germany and abroad as required for project demands.
