We’re looking for a sharp execution‑driven Design Manager to join our Support Experience team at Wolt. This team is reimagining how support works across all sides of our marketplace – customers, couriers and merchants – building contextual, intelligent and human experiences that scale across 23 countries. From in‑app automation and self‑serve flows to the internal tools the Support and Operations teams use daily, the impact is wide and deep.
In this role you won’t just manage design work – you’ll lead from the front helping shape how millions of users experience help and resolution in moments that matter most.

This role is based in our tech hub in Berlin or Stockholm.
Build and Lead: You’ll lead a talented team of designers within the Support Experience domain, shaping strategy, guiding execution and mentoring a high‑performing team that operates across multiple product areas.
Raise the Bar: Set and uphold a high bar for design quality, velocity and craft – not just in visuals but in interaction design, storytelling and system thinking. You’ll ensure our support experiences are not only effective but emotionally intelligent and brand‑aligned.
Drive Strategy: Partner with Product Engineering and Operations leads to define the future of support at Wolt, from customer‑facing automation to agent‑facing tools. You’ll help decide what to build, not just how to build it.
Move the Work: Guide your team through complex spaces. You’ll help cut through ambiguity, prioritize with clarity and translate bold ideas into tangible, high‑quality outcomes at speed.
Coach and Elevate: Develop designers through hands‑on feedback, coaching and career development. You’ll foster a growth‑oriented culture that values impact, autonomy and learning.
Design Human‑AI Collaboration: Leverage AI to make support more human, not less. You’ll champion AI as a creative and strategic partner – accelerating discovery, powering intelligent support flows and enabling more personal, scalable user experiences.
Act with Urgency: You’ll work autonomously, drive change proactively and always prioritize user and business impact over process. You understand that velocity is strategy.
