Your talent

• Bachelor's degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
• At least 3-5 years work experience in product-design, experience in lifestyle/sports equipment design is preferred
• advanced knowledge about materials and their processing
• Collaborative and proactive, having the ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
• Ability to mentor and guide peers through the creative processes
• Professional working experience with Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc. 3D software experience is optional but valued
• Great attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
• advanced technical background relating to fabrics & product development
• Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
• Vertical mindset with the consumer in mind
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English

Your mission

• Creation and execution of innovative designs following the brand, category and product strategies
• Take ownership of the whole design process, from ideation till final production approval
• Elaborate and present concepts, sketches and final designs in a compelling, clear, transparent and effective way to the design team as well as our product counterparts and external stakeholders
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a holistic approach to the product as well as a consumer centered strategy, following the brand's perspective
• Integrate product, functional and technical developments into design tasks in order to improve business processes and enhance customer/consumer engagement
• Challenge the global brand positioning guidelines to ensure consideration of new product and program ideas and appropriate modification when necessary
• Collect market intelligence, providing all accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilizing them effectively
• Keep track and support the team to deliver projects in line with PUMA development calendar.
