Position Title: Deskside Technician – End User Computing

Location: Penzberg, Germany (Nonnenwald 28, 82377 Penzberg)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Language Requirements: German B2 (Certificate Required)

Job Description: The Deskside Technician – End User Computing performs troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of end user computing equipment and peripherals at corporate locations. The role involves analyzing data and hardware, exercising judgment within defined policies, and liaising between customers and departments to resolve issues. Essential duties include providing onsite support, resolving incidents, supporting network and device connectivity, repairing mobile devices, installing and upgrading equipment, providing software support, configuring network printers, and supporting mobile computing platforms. The technician also maintains hardware and software configurations, tracks customer requests, and communicates technical information effectively.

Job Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of related experience
• Knowledge of imaging tools (Ghost, MDT)
• Knowledge of data backup and recovery tools (USMT)
• Experience with Windows 7/10 deployment, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience in deploying Windows in enterprise environments
• Hardware and network configuration skills
• Experience with mobile computing support
