What you’ll do

• Collaborate within a small fast‑moving team to stay on top of the latest advancements in AI.
• Work on discovery projects to learn and apply the latest AI advancements to our product.
• Help teams integrate solutions from discovery into real features in production.
• Lead the evolution of our AI architecture and supporting technology.
• Build new internal tools to help the company leverage GenAI better.
• Validate new approaches and spread learnings through all teams at LeanIX.

What you bring

• Staff level software engineering experience and ability to build end‑to‑end solutions from prototype to production.
• Experience working and communicating across multiple teams and across the engineering organization.
• Understanding of machine learning concepts behind Generative AI.
• Interest in the latest developments in Generative AI and prior use in business scenarios or internal experiments.
• Customer‑oriented mindset that wants to understand and build the right thing for the customers.
• Proactive, hands‑on, curious and eager to learn.
• Experience building evaluation pipelines for AI and managing experiments.
• Hands‑on experience building, extending and improving Generative AI systems.
• Shared knowledge broadly or mentored people/teams within your previous company.
