We are looking for an Development Team Lead (m/d/w) for our prestigious client in the automotive field in Ingolstadt, Germany to coordinate cross-functional engineering activities. Activitiesprimary interface between the supplier and OEMensure seamless collaboration and the timely delivery of project milestones. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and organize development team meetings and special workshopsCoordinate technical changes and manage releases in OEM systems (AVON, TEVON)Ensure effective communication between internal teams and OEM stakeholdersMonitor project timelines, deliverables, and cost evaluations.Support documentation and reporting for technical modifications and approvals Requirements Strong knowledge of OEM processes, PEP milestones, and tools (AVON, TEVON, KVS, TI-REX)Excellent organizational and communication skillsTeam-oriented, flexible, and customer-focused mindset NICE TO HAVEExperience in Vision and Opening/Closing systemsCATIA skills Languages:German (min.
