DevOps Engineer (fmd)

As a DevOps Engineer you will ensure the stability, scalability, availability and reliability of the justtrack platform. You will collaborate closely with our development teams to maintain and evolve our cloud infrastructure, actively contributing to our ambitious growth plans.

At justtrack we build a powerful SaaS platform that equips app and game publishers with comprehensive tools to seamlessly manage their global marketing growth. Our solution streamlines marketing processes from managing and analyzing campaigns to automating workflows while providing deep insights into mobile product performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance our cloud infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters, databases, monitoring systems and deployment processes.
• Ensure comprehensive observability of our systems by providing metrics, alerting rules and logging solutions.
• Integrate innovative cloud-native technologies into our existing platforms.
• Develop scalable and reusable Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) patterns to support our growing number of services and developers.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, reliable and frequent deployments in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with experts from diverse technological backgrounds, participate in regular knowledge exchanges and continuously grow your skills.
• Work daily with our modern technology stack including Kubernetes, Prometheus/Mimir, Openobserve, Elasticsearch, Grafana stack (Grafana, Mimir, Alloy, Pyroscope), Terraform/Terragrunt, Helm, Crossplane, GitLab CI, GitOps (Argo), DruidDB, TiDB, Flink, Spark, Golang and various AWS services.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Around 5 years of hands‑on experience.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, Helm and GitOps (Argo).
• Familiarity with AWS services (e.g. IAM, EC2, CloudWatch) and provisioning infrastructure as code (Terraform/Terragrunt/Crossplane).
• Experience working with CI/CD systems building pipelines for fast‑paced deployments (e.g. GitLab CI).
• Ability to interpret system metrics, create meaningful alerts and build intuitive dashboards.
• Fundamental knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Nice‑to‑have: basic familiarity with big data tools like Airflow, Spark or Flink.
• Hands‑on experience coding in Golang or willingness to learn.
• Experience writing custom Terraform providers or Kubernetes operators.
