SimplyDelivery GmbH (SIDES) is transforming the gastronomic delivery industry with its cutting‑edge, cloud‑based software. Our modular system—encompassing POS, webshops, apps, SOTs, call centres, merchandise management, and driver & fleet management—offers flexibility and scalability to each client.

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to ensure the stability of our infrastructure as we continue to expand new services. You will manage and scale Kubernetes clusters, design platform features, set up CI/CD infrastructure, maintain security on AWS, and apply the latest technological trends to our products.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure infrastructure stability while adding and developing new services
Deploy and manage the sophisticated AWS microservice‑based architecture
Manage and scale Kubernetes clusters
Be involved in the overall design of new platform features
Improve and set up CI/CD infrastructure (Jenkins, BitBucket, Bitrise)
Monitor and manage security of databases, applications, and infrastructure on AWS
Apply latest technological trends to our products

Qualifications

3‑4 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in the AWS Cloud
Deep knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu)
Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform)
Experience with Kubernetes (EKS), Docker, and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (Terraform)
Knowledge of configuration management (Ansible) and pipeline automation frameworks (Jenkins)
Deep understanding of servers, networks, and network security
Self‑motivated with excellent problem‑solving skills
Experience working closely with a development team in an agile environment
Fluent in written and spoken German and English
