DevOps/Cloud Engineer Financial Services

Job Description As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure solutions with a focus on DevOps practices. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment, automation, and monitoring of cloud environments. Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using DevOps best practices.Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and scaling using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and application deployments.Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, security, and cost.Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.Implement security best practices in cloud environments, including IAM, encryption, and compliance.Work with cross-functional teams to drive automation, efficiency, and innovation in infrastructure management.Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and best practices.Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement. Qualifications Strong background in system integration, API design, and platform engineering — in cloud-native environments.Experience designing and implementing SDKs, APIs, or middleware components supporting payments or identity use cases.Proficiency in relevant programming stacks (e.g. Java, Kotlin, React, Node.js) and understanding of secure coding and data protection principles.Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring in regulated environments.Familiarity with cryptography, security frameworks, and authentication standards (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, eIDAS, PKI).Technical consulting skills.
