Digital Brand Marketeer DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)

We grow rapidly, thriving on agility and high double‑digit growth, especially in our e‑commerce business.

Why are we looking for you?

You are a customer journey expert, linking digital campaigns and content to German‑speaking customers. You have experience in cosmetics and beauty, exceptional communication skills, and a creative, analytical mindset.

Hybrid (2 days office policy)

You will work from the office at least twice a week while enjoying a hybrid work model.

What will you do?

Planning, Conception & Execution: Support the HQ team in creating localized digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with the customer journey.
Analytical Insights and Strategic Recommendations: Deliver comprehensive reporting (GA4, Power BI, Salesforce) and persuade stakeholders with data‑driven insights.
Optimization & Improvement: Oversee continuous improvement of existing pages and development of new sites to support campaign goals.
Adapting & Creating: Own all campaign touchpoints for your market, generating engaging copy and maintaining consistent brand voice across channels.

What will you bring?

Passion and experience in beauty, ingredients and digital marketing.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of e‑commerce experience and execution of digital campaigns.
Proficiency in German and English (oral and written).
Expertise in copywriting tools and AI.
Ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and process adaptations.
Positive attitude and high energy to tackle new challenges and ambiguous problems.
Willingness to travel sporadically within the DACH region a few times per year.
