Your Responsibilities

Drive growth in named European accounts (Telco, RCPG, Manufacturing) through consultative, solution‑led selling
Manage large, complex opportunities by orchestrating cross‑functional teams to deliver technical and commercial solutions
Engage with ecosystem partners (platform providers, product partners) to support client transformation journeys
Collaborate with solution teams to craft market‑leading approaches in Digital Business and Engineering Services

What We’re Looking For

Proven track record in building client relationships and influencing digital spend
Experience managing $50M+ P&L goals and complex client portfolios
Strong consultative sales skills, understanding digital value chains and driving business outcomes
Business acumen with ability to conceptualize strategies, develop key accounts, and establish partnerships
Collaborative mindset to work across solution, delivery, and business units
Commercial savvy: revenue, margins, forecasting
Passion and attitude to achieve client and team goals
