Tasks

As Mid/ Senior Digital/ Domain (Marketing/ Analytics/ AI) Strategy Consultant at Digital Loop, you will play a key role in supporting clients in understanding and leveraging specific digital marketing technologies to drive sustainable digital growth. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand our client´s business challenges, gather requirements, and design tailored digital solutions that bridge the gap between digital marketing technologies and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Discovery & Requirements Gathering – Develop a strong understanding of our client’s business landscape, challenges, and growth objectives in the digital marketing space.

Digital Solution Design – Gather and translate complex technical requirements in a way that resonates with high-level business decision-makers.

Solution Implementation and Project Oversight – Act as Project Lead and work closely with internal and external technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital customized solutions.

Domain Strategic Consulting - Provide domain specific (digital marketing/ analytics/ AI) strategic insights and recommendations on how to leverage different digital marketing technologies, to drive sustainable digital business growth.

Stakeholder Management - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical experts, translating high-level business goals

Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

1. Business & Strategic Thinking Strong Business Acumen – Good understanding of business models, market trends, and strategic growth levers.

Proactivity & Innovation – Thinking ahead, identifying opportunities for improvement, and bringing creative solutions to business challenges.

Business Development Experience (Plus) – Ability to identify new opportunities, expand client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Experience in Digital Marketing, Analytics, Gen AI (plus)

2. Communication & Stakeholder Management

Excellent Communication & Storytelling – Ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way through written communication (e.g., Power Point slides, reports, dashboards), and verbal presentations.

Stakeholder Engagement – Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships, align expectations, and drive collaboration across teams.

Language skills (mandatory): German (C1) and English (C1)

3. Problem Solving & Critical Thinking

Problem Solving & Thinking Outside the Box – Ability to assess challenges from multiple angles and develop innovative solutions.

Mental Agility – Comfortable handling multiple complex topics simultaneously while maintaining focus and clarity.

Experience with unified model language (Plus)

4. Project Management & Execution

Structure & Project Management – Ability to organize workstreams, manage deadlines, and drive projects to completion efficiently.

Ownership & Accountability – Taking responsibility for deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes, and driving initiatives forward with confidence.
