Position Overview

AECOM is seeking a Digital EHS Implementation Expert (m/w/d) to support our EHS team in implementing EHS software solutions in Germany. Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the technical implementation of projects of varying complexity.
2. Managing configurations and implementations of multiple software modules from providers like Enablon and Essential Suite.
3. Defining requirements, conducting gap analysis workshops, and demonstrating modules both on-site and remotely.
4. Meeting with clients to identify risks and discuss project status.
5. API integration with client IT teams and other partners.
6. Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
7. Collaborating with software vendors on change requests.
8. Leading training sessions and technical tasks with teams.
9. Developing EHS requirements and workflows with clients.
10. Flexibility to work at Frankfurt or Kaiserslautern offices.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, STEM, or equivalent experience in EHS software implementation.
• Valid driver's license (Class B).

Preferred:

• Over 8 years of experience with MIS/EHS management software.
• Experience with Enablon, Cority, Intelex, Sphera, EtQ, etc.
• Knowledge of software lifecycle and agile development.
• Proficiency in MS SharePoint and MS Visio.
• Experience in client training and SQL scripting.
• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming and scripting languages.
