About the role:
As Senior Manager Digital/IT Risk Management & M&A you are going to lead IT risk governance, digital compliance, and M&A activities across EMEA region. Moreover, you will act as the regional authority for IT due diligence and IT risk leading the assessment and integration of IT environments during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures, ensuring that MCG's digital initiatives are executed with strong governance, transparent risk management, and full audit compliance. Another task will be to operate a robust IT risk and control framework, oversee audit remediation, and advise senior leadership on risk exposure and mitigation priorities.
Your responsibilties:
M&A Leadership for IT/ Digital Domain
Lead IT due diligence for acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures
Develop and manage Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs) — defining scope, service levels, and exit strategies
Coordinate integration and carve-out plans with IT domain heads and Corporate M&A
Oversee integration/ or carve out activities for an IT/ Digital perspective
Risk & Audit Governance
Operate the EMEA IT risk management framework; maintain risk registers, KPIs, and mitigation tracking
Support Internal audit function in following up on internal and external IT audits; ensure sustainable closure of findings
Provide regular risk and audit reports to the EMEA Digital & IT Leadership Team.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for Group Internal Audit, Legal, and BU/FU leadership on all IT risk and M&A topics
Ensure consistent communication, clear governance, and predictable delivery during integration or spin-off programs
Your Qualifications and Skills:
MA or equivalent
8+ years of experience in IT governance, IT audit, or M&A integration within a multinational environment preferably in consulting/ advisory or corporate role
Strong understanding of IT due diligence, IT architecture and infrastructure, TSA frameworks, compliance, and enterprise risk management
Proven ability to work cross-functionally — bridging IT, Finance, Legal, and Corporate M&A.
Excellent analytical and communication skills; able to distill complexity into actionable insights for executives
Fluent in English
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is highly desirable
Strong understanding of complex business and IT processes, and their related risks
Good understanding of common security and risk standards and frameworks (NIST)
Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a global, complex business environment including multiple time zone and diverse geographic locations
