We’re looking for a strategic, client-facing Digital Experience Strategy & Consulting Manager to lead the design and delivery of digital strategies that transform user experiences and drive measurable business outcomes. Working within the Web M&O team, this role combines strategic thinking, consulting skills, and hands-on execution to ensure impactful and data-driven digital experiences for our automotive clients, guiding clients through discovery, planning, and execution phases of complex digital initiatives.

What You´ll Do:

• Lead digital strategy engagements, driving vision and roadmap creation for digital experiences across platforms and touchpoints
• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable strategies, leveraging data, user research, and industry trends
• Define user journeys, experience maps, and content strategies that support seamless, personalized customer experiences
• Assess digital platforms and analytics to identify experience gaps and propose actionable improvements
• Prepare consulting deliverables such as audits, roadmaps, and presentations for client stakeholders
• Collaborate with creative, development, UX and analytics teams to translate strategies into execution
• Monitor and evaluate digital performance metrics (GA4, Contentsquare, A/B tests) and recommend ongoing optimizations for conversion and engagement
• Stay current on digital trends, emerging technologies, and customer behavior insights to inform recommendations

What You´ll Do (Qualifications & Requirements):

• Bachelor’s degree+ in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, experience design, or digital consulting, preferably in an agency or consulting environment
• Strong understanding of website strategy, UX strategy, customer journey mapping, content strategy, and platform planning
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with analytics, optimization and personalization tools (e.g., GA4, Contentsquare, AB Testing)
• Nice-to-have: understanding of CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CRM/marketing automation (Salesforce, Adobe, HubSpot) to connect web with broader digital journeys
• Knowledge of automotive or mobility industry is a plus
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
